Coming Soon from Lumibricks: 13 New Sets Across the Lineup

Quick heads up before I get into this. I'm not including any sets that have only shown up in private customer surveys. Those are supposed to stay private. Also, depending on when you read this, some of these may already be available in your region.

Lumibricks has been crazy busy this year. And they're not slowing down. There are at least thirteen new sets on the way. Five different themes plus what looks like a totally new licensed line. Let me walk you through it.

The big one is a Blade Runner 2049 K's Spinner. Set #23001. New X-Series set, and more importantly, the first time Lumibricks has done a licensed set. That's a huge deal. Up until now, every Lumibricks set has been their own original design. Licensed builds are a different beast. You've got to get the details right, and you're going up against whatever LEGO might've done. But LEGO has never made a Blade Runner set. So Lumibricks is jumping in with one of the most iconic vehicles in sci-fi. And from the early shot, it looks like they nailed it.

Film Studio Tower #19015 is the giant of the wave. 3,891 pieces. 36 LED light points. And the promo shot delivers. Full DREAMBRICK studio in a city block setting, blimp overhead, film festival opening today. If you've been waiting for Lumibricks to take a swing at a big urban centerpiece, this is the one.

Misty Forest Cabin #10015 joins the Retro House theme. 2,867 pieces. The name doesn't really fit what you'll actually be building. This leans way more expedition outpost than cozy cabin. A "Here Be Discoveries" sign on the deck pretty much tells you everything. I'm into it.

Two new Cyberpunk Neoncity sets are coming. Neon Tech Station #17010 and Neon Tech Tower #17011 (that one's 2,227 pieces). Neoncity has some of the best-looking brick sets out there, and the whole theme is built so each set connects to the next. With two more dropping, you can actually build out a real layout. If you've been thinking about starting a Neoncity collection, now's a good time.

Three Old West sets are landing at once, and this is the wave I'm most excited about. Fortune Club Saloon #14019 (2,782 pieces) is the centerpiece, and it's not just a saloon. It's basically a one-building town with a barber shop and wine shop tucked into the ground floor. Ranch Duel #14017 (1,023 pieces) is a fun design choice in a smaller footprint. And Fur Trading Post #14018 (1,432 pieces) goes for the cultural side, with Native American figures alongside the cowboy trader. Saloon, showdown, exchange. A full frontier scene across three sets. Nobody in the alt brick world makes much Western stuff, so this fills a real gap.

Seafood Restaurant #18010 joins the Road Trip theme. 2,484 pieces. 15 LED light points. Funny that "Road Trip" lands on a harbor restaurant on stilts, but the promo shot makes the case. That giant lobster sign alone is going to be the centerpiece of a lot of shelves (definitely mine!). I haven't loved the direction Lumibricks has taken the Road Trip theme, but this set may put Road Trip back at the top of my favorite themes list.

Three new Mini Box sets round out the wave. Toy Store Box #15020 (426 pieces). Book Cafe Box #15018 (436 pieces). Art Gallery Box #15019 (367 pieces). These are the smaller, less expensive sets. Great for gifts. Great as a first Lumibricks set. And Toy Store Box and Book Cafe Box are already up for pre-order on Amazon US. Both under $30. That last part is actually a big deal. Lumibricks has been slowly building out US retail. Amazon pre-orders at that price make these way easier to grab if you don't want to order direct.

One more thing worth mentioning: Lumibricks just teased Central Station. No piece count yet, no number, no release date. Just a silhouette of a European-style train station and one very important line: "Compatible with Most Major Track Systems."

What this tells me about where they're headed

A few things stand out across all thirteen sets.

Lumibricks is going deeper into their existing themes instead of starting new ones. Old West. Cyberpunk Neoncity. Road Trip. Retro House. All getting reinforced. And that's how you build real fans. You give them more reasons to stick with the worlds they already love.

The X-Series and Blade Runner spinner are the wild card. A licensed line is a big swing. How this one lands is going to tell us a lot about where Lumibricks goes next. If it works, expect more licenses. If it doesn't, expect them to go back to original ideas.

Don't sleep on the Mini Box sets. They matter more than the piece counts suggest. They're the easy entry point for new buyers. They're the gift-giving sets. Every brand needs a tier like that. Lumibricks is clearly building it out.
